Moe Puppy is looking for a Field Sales Executive to help us expand our B2B network If you love sales, meeting new people and closing deals, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
Identify and visit potential pet stores, grooming salons, veterinary clinics, distributors and other B2B customers across Delhi NCR.
Generate new B2B leads through market visits, references, networking and local market research.
Present and pitch Moe Puppy’s product range, USPs, pricing and business benefits to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products based on their business needs.
Convert prospects into active B2B accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing retailers, groomers, vets and distributors.
Conduct regular follow-ups to drive repeat orders and increase account value.




Negotiate pricing, margins and order quantities within company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups, orders and customer interactions in the CRM.
Track competitor products, pricing, promotions and market trends and share insights with the team.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer servicing.
Explore new territories and identify opportunities for expanding Moe Puppy’s B2B network.

What we’re looking for:
1–4 years of Field/B2B Sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and confident personality.
Comfortable with regular field visits across Delhi NCR.
Experience in the pet industry will be an added advantage. ??
