Role Summary:
Responsible for architectural planning, design development, consultant coordination, statutory approvals, and ensuring execution aligns with approved designs and quality standards for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review architectural layouts, drawings, and design documents.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants.
Obtain and manage statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality.
Support project teams in resolving design and construction issues.
Ensure timely delivery of design milestones within project schedules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Knowledge of building codes, NBC, and local regulations.
Experience:
7 to 12 years with exposure into designing of Residential & Commercial building.
