Role Description:
The Assistant Director will support the director and production team in planning, organizing, and executing film, video, and communication projects. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi includes coordinating pre-production activities such as scripts, schedules, locations, and casting,



as well as managing communication between departments during shoots to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. The Assistant Director will help supervise sets, maintain production timelines, oversee logistics, and support creative decisions in line with project objectives and client expectations. The role also involves collaborating closely with editors and post-production teams, maintaining documentation, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall quality of content and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of film and video production processes, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
Skills in project coordination, scheduling, and on-set management to ensure smooth and timely execution of shoots.
Ability to collaborate with directors, writers, cinematographers, editors, and clients to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
