About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven, and ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing D2C marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers with hands-on internship experience or early professionals (0–2 years) who are obsessed with growth metrics, ROI, and paid acquisition.
You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, scale, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. If you have a passion for the D2C space, a strong analytical mindset, and a desire to learn rapid in a high-growth environment, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management: End-to-end setup, execution, and daily monitoring of performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Optimization & Scaling: Continuously optimize ad spend, targeting,



bidding strategies, and ad creatives to lower CAC and maximize ROAS.
Daily Reporting & Monitoring: Maintain rigorous daily tracking of campaign performance. Prepare and present daily reports to the marketing lead, highlighting key metrics, anomalies, and actionable insights to ensure constant optimization.
A/B Testing: Regularly test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify top-performing combinations.
Data Analysis: Deep-dive into campaign data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) to track overall performance against KPIs.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the design and content teams to brainstorm and brief high-converting ad creatives tailored for D2C audiences.
Trend Tracking: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform policy updates, and competitor strategies.
