Role: AI Engineer
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Key Skills:
- Python, SQL, APIs integration
- NLP & Speech AI (ASR, TTS basics)
- Generative AI: Prompt Engineering, RAG, summarization
- Contact Center Platforms: Genesys / NICE / Avaya (preferred)
- Frameworks: LangChain, Azure OpenAI
- Vector DBs & search (Azure AI Search, Pinecone)
- Cloud: Azure (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Build AI-powered virtual assistants and agent copilots
- Implement call summarization, sentiment analysis, and automation use cases
- Develop RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval (KB, SOPs)
- Integrate AI solutions with contact center platforms
- Ensure compliant, secure, and scalable deployments
