Role Description The Field Sales Specialist – Mumbai / Ahmedabad is a full-time role focused on driving restaurant partner acquisition and growth for Dil Foods in the Mumbai and Ahmedabad markets. The role involves identifying and approaching prospective restaurant partners, presenting Dil Brands’ value proposition, and managing end-to-end onboarding.
Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting in-person meetings and follow-ups, negotiating agreements,



and coordinating with internal operations and account management teams to ensure smooth implementation. The specialist will regularly track sales performance, maintain accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems, and provide feedback from the field to help refine sales strategies and partner offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with restaurant partners and maintain long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and convert prospects into active partners.
Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, maintain accurate documentation, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
Previous experience in field sales, food services, hospitality, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai / Ahmedabad, and manage time
