Responsibilities include supervising faculty, mentoring team members, coordinating teaching schedules, overseeing laboratories, and promoting research, interdisciplinary projects, and industry collaborations. The role involves monitoring student performance, fostering learner-centric teaching practices, supporting student initiatives, and ensuring compliance with institutional and accreditation standards.
