This PMO supports and guides project managers as a consultative entity on
creating a framework of processes, governance, training modules, and mentoring
programs that help project managers in their daily operations.
Must be capable of:
Critical Thinking (questioning assumptions, analyzing evidence, forming reasoned
conclusions rather than accepting at face value),
Self-Learning (take initiatives to identify, your own learning goals and
pursuing it without relying on formal instruction or supervisory guidance)
Business Networking (creating and nurturing relationships by intentionally
connecting with colleagues, peers to get the assigned tasks done which could
include following up with various teams/individuals with minimal dependency on
supervisors' intervention).
