Senior Executive - Procurement/Commercial
Job Overview: We are looking for a procurement professional with 3–4 years of experience in Opex procurement, specifically regional facility and center-level sourcing. This role will manage procurement across key operating spend categories covering facility services, manpower, AMCs, consumables, electrical and mechanical upkeep, hygiene and safety requirements,
and other center-related operational needs. This role will operate as an individual contributor and drive procurement execution across the assigned city or region.

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Profiling, Empanelment & Relationship Management
Drive vendor profiling, capability assessment, empanelment, and periodic vendor review for regional procurement needs. Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance on commercials, service quality, delivery timelines, and operational commitments.
Savings / Commercial Negotiations
Lead commercial evaluations, quotation comparisons, and supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms. Track savings, cost control, and value realization through structure
