About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the creative, advertising and social media industry.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing domestic and international client interactions, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth for the agency.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a creative, digital marketing or social media agency and must be confident in managing client meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations and closures.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, outreach and relevant business platforms.
Manage the complete business development cycle,



from lead generation and initial interaction to proposal submission, negotiation and closure.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable creative, branding, social media and digital marketing solutions.
Conduct client meetings, discovery calls and presentations with key decision-makers.
Prepare customised proposals, pitch decks, quotations and scope-of-work documents.
Manage professional communication with clients across different countries, cultures and time zones.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, social media, performance marketing, website and production teams to develop effective client solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities for client retention, upselling and account growth.
Track leads, follow-ups, proposals, conversions and sales performance through CRM or internal reporting systems.
Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targe
