Role Description The Field Sales Executive – Laboratory Products & Instruments role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will visit laboratories, hospitals, research centers, and industrial clients to promote and sell laboratory products and instruments. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations,



and maintaining regular contact with existing customers. The role also involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, tracking orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. The Field Sales Executive will maintain accurate sales records, report on market trends and competitor activity, and work toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong sales and client relationship skills, with the ability to identify prospects, build trust, and close deals.
Knowledge of laboratory products, instruments, and basic scientific concepts; prior experience in scientific or medical equipment sales is an advantage.
Effective communication and presentation abilities, including explicit written and verbal communication and confident product demonstrations.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a field schedule, maintain records,
