Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection, offer closure and onboarding to confirmation.
This role is responsible for ensuring that the company gets the right people, at the right time, within the approved budget.
The person must be a strong recruiter and hiring partner, not simply an HR coordinator.

1. Hiring Planning
Own end-to-end recruitment from requirement to joining.
Create and track weekly & monthly hiring plans.
2. Sourcing & Screening
Build sourcing strategies for each role.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals ,walk-in drives, campus recruitment & direct sourcing.
Screen, interview and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Maintain an active LinkedIn network, relevant professional groups and candidate connections to support ongoing sourcing.
Timely communicate the interview feedback with candidates.
3. Interview & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate interviews with HODs and hiring managers.
Drive timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.
Conduct regular recruitment reviews and follow-ups.
Challenge unclear or unrealistic hiring requirements.
4. Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding
Ensure pre-onboarding formalities and BGV are completed correctly.
Responsible for HRMS onboarding.
Responsible for maintaining complete employee records.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
5. Offer & Joining
Negotiate effectively to secure the right candidate within the approved budget.
Manage salary discussions, approvals and offer closure.
Track offer acceptance, notice periods and joining commitments.
6. Recruitment Tracking & Performance
Maintain the recruitment tracker and weekly & monthly MIS.
Track hiring KPIs, source performance and time-to-hire.
Identify reasons for delays, drop-offs and offer rejections.
Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Conduct and track 30-60-90 day reviews for recent hires.
