Maison Olen is a luxury furniture curation and customisation brand, working with architects and interior designers, high-net-worth individuals, real estate developers, and boutique hospitality clients. We source furniture globally and offer fully custom-manufactured pieces — built on precision, bespoke craft, and lasting design.

About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to drive Olen's brand presence and sales pipeline, while also playing a hands-on role in client operations. This is a hybrid position suited to someone equally comfortable building a marketing calendar as they are helping a client finalise a fabric swatch. You'll work closely with the founder across strategy, outreach, and day-to-day client servicing.

What You'll Do
Marketing & Strategy
Own and execute Olen's marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
Plan and create content (social, trade collateral, presentations) to build brand visibility among architects,



designers, and luxury clientele
Develop campaigns and initiatives that translate directly into sales growth
Business Development & Relationships
Build and nurture a network of contacts across the A&ID; (architecture & interior design), real estate, and hospitality ecosystem
Research and identify upcoming industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows relevant to Olen, and coordinate participation or attendance
Support outreach to prospective trade partners and clients
Client & Operations Support (Hybrid Responsibilities)
Prepare and manage client order forms
Assist clients with fabric and sample selection
Handle related operational tasks that support the sales and delivery process end to end
