Role Description The Visionary Leader role is a full time, on-site position based in Mysore and Andhra Pradesh. This role is responsible for setting a clear strategic direction for the dealership group, aligning business goals with exceptional customer experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior managers, reviewing operational performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and service improvement. The Visionary Leader will collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to design and implement customer-centric initiatives,



optimize processes, and strengthen brand positioning. The role also involves mentoring leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and representing the organization with key external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with a record of guiding teams through change and growth.
Experience in automotive, retail, or customer-centric industries, preferably in multi-location or group-level management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities for working with internal teams and external partners.
Proven capability in business planning, performance analysis, and process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture that supports development and high performance.
