We are seeking a skilled Product Manager ,Bangalore having 6+ yrs of experience.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze A/B tests and Multivariate Tests to evaluate product features, user experiences, and growth initiatives.
Develop experimentation frameworks, hypotheses, success metrics, and test methodologies.
Perform statistical analysis to determine experiment significance, impact, and reliability.
Apply statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample sizing, and significance testing.
Partner with Product, Growth, and Data Science teams to translate insights into actionable business decisions.
Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, engagement, and other product metrics.




Monitor experiment results and identify opportunities for product and business optimization.
Ensure experimentation follows sound statistical and analytical practices.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of relevant experience
Strong hands-on experience in A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing
Experience in Product Experimentation, Growth Analytics, Data Science, or Applied Statistics
Strong Statistical Analysis and experimentation concepts
Experience with at least one experimentation/analytics platform:
Firebase
Mixpanel
Optimizely
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate statistical findings and business insights effectively
