Role Description The Technical Intern will support initiatives that advance digital awareness and cybersecurity readiness among communities in Bihar. This is a full-time, in office role based in Patna, where the intern will assist with technical research, basic software and tool configuration, and preparation of training materials related to digital safety and cyber hygiene. Day-to-day tasks may include documenting technical procedures,



helping deliver workshops or demonstrations, collecting and organizing data from field activities, and providing technical support to team members during events. The intern will collaborate closely with mentors to learn best practices in cybersecurity, digital literacy program design, and community-focused technology solutions, while contributing to ongoing projects and pilot programs.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of computers, the internet, and common operating systems, with an interest in cybersecurity and digital literacy.
Ability to research technical topics, summarize findings clearly, and support creation of learning or training materials.
Basic skills in documentation, data entry, and use of productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple language to non-technic
