What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation and Publishing
Write engaging, discussion-driven content tailored for community platforms and niche audiences.
Adapt content tone for different audience segments and online communities.




Follow a structured content calendar to ensure consistent daily activity.
Coordinate and execute content publishing across multiple accounts and formats.

Community Engagement
Participate in relevant discussions and build meaningful interactions with users.
Identify collaboration opportunities with community members, creators, and moderators.
Respond to comments and maintain a natural, credible brand presence.

Performance Tracking
Track published content, comments, and engagement metrics in a central reporting sheet.
Monitor performance trends and suggest improvements based on results.
Maintain a explicit daily activity log and contribute to weekly performance reports.

What We're Looking For
Excellent written English and the ability to write natural, non-promotional content.
Strong understanding of online communities, discussion forums, and audience behaviour.
