We're looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager with a strong background in Business Development and 5+ years of experience selling IT Services, SaaS, Custom Software Development, or Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Generate new business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Sell AI Consulting, Software Development Services, Custom Software Development, Web & Mobile Applications, Managed IT Services,



Resource Augmentation, and Digital Transformation solutions.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution presentations.
Build relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Founders, and business decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, SaaS, Software Development, Custom Software Development, Web & Mobile Application Development, ERP/CRM, AI Solutions, Cloud Services, or Managed IT Services.
Proven experience independently managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
