About the Role
Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Regional Head – Sales to drive sales growth and market expansion across the assigned territory.




The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing customer and channel relationships, and leading the field sales team.
This is a field-oriented leadership role requiring strong market knowledge, team management capabilities, customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to deliver sales results.

Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales and achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
Lead, guide, and support the field sales team to achieve individual and regional targets.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance regularly.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct customer meetings, field visits, presentations, negotiations, and business discussions.
