Role Summary
We are looking for a Funnel Expert – Inbound who will own the journey of an inbound lead from the moment it enters the funnel until it becomes a Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) and is successfully handed over to the Customer Acquisition (CAC) team.





You will be responsible for managing the complete inbound funnel:
Inbound Lead → Qualification → Discovery → Nurturing → Meeting/Demo → SQL → CAC Handover
The ideal candidate should be excellent at understanding customer intent, asking the right questions, identifying business pain points, and positioning Devnagri’s solutions around measurable business outcomes.

This role requires robust consultative selling, discovery, follow-up discipline, CRM management, and the ability to work closely with Marketing and Sales teams.

What You’ll Do1. Inbound Lead Management
Own and manage all inbound leads generated through websites, campaigns, events, webinars, sign-ups, IVR, referrals, and other channels.
Ensure every inbound lead is contacted within the defined SLA.
Make multiple contact attempts wherever required.
Understand the source, intent, and context of every lead before initiating the sales conversation.
