Job Overview
The Customer Service and Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, assisting clients with product selection, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders. The role requires a proactive individual who can act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless ordering experience and maintaining solid client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media.
· Provide detailed information regarding products, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
· Assist customers in selecting suitable printing products and services based on their requirements.
· Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.
Sales & Lead Conversion
· Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
· Proactively follow up with leads, quotations, and pending orders.
· Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services where appropriate.
· Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and order confirmations with customers.
· Achieve monthly sales targets of 100k and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Order Coordination
· Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
· Monitor order progress and keep customers updated regarding production and delivery status.
· Ensure all order details are accurately captured before production begins.
Relationship Management
· Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Maintain a database of regular clients and follow up for future requirements.
