About the Role
We are looking for a Personal Brand Specialist to build and manage the personal brand of our CEO across social media and digital platforms.
This role goes beyond simply creating and posting content. You will be responsible for understanding the CEO's personality, expertise, experiences and point of view, and translating them into a strong, authentic and recognisable personal brand.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands content, social media, storytelling and people—and knows what makes a founder or industry leader worth following.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the CEO's personal branding strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Build a transparent content and communication strategy aligned with the CEO's professional expertise, personality and business goals.
Conduct regular discussions with the CEO to understand their opinions, experiences, ideas and perspectives.
Identify interesting stories, insights and experiences that can be turned into content.
Develop content concepts, hooks, posts, carousels, reels,



videos and thought-leadership content.
Manage the CEO's content calendar and ensure consistent publishing.
Write and/or oversee the creation of high-quality social media content while maintaining the CEO's authentic voice.
Research advertising, marketing, business, culture and industry trends to identify relevant content opportunities.
Track competitors, industry leaders and other strong personal brands to identify emerging trends and best practices.
Work closely with designers, video editors, copywriters and other internal teams to execute content.
Identify opportunities for the CEO to participate in relevant conversations, events, podcasts, interviews and industry platforms.
Monitor content performance, audience growth and engagement, and use insights to continuously improve the strategy.
Maintain consistency in the CEO's tone of voice, positioning and overall digital identity.
