Role Description
The Social Media & Content Manager will own social media end-to-end across 2–3 of our brands — from drafting and scheduling content to shooting and editing it. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who can both think strategically and produce the work themselves.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Drafting captions, scripts, and copy that reflect our science-based approach to beauty
Planning and scheduling content calendars across 2–3 brand accounts




Shooting photo and video content on-site and on location for two companies
Editing Reels, Shorts, and static assets for each brand's distinct visual identity
Planning and executing campaigns, optimising posts for reach and engagement
Monitoring analytics and adjusting strategy based on performance data
Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex skincare concepts into accessible, engaging content
Managing community interactions across platforms
This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of in office collaboration in two work locations.
Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts and growing engaged communities
Hands-on content production skills — comfortable shooting photos and videos (phone or DSLR/mirrorless) and editing in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar
