GrowthModo is looking for a CRO & Funnel Strategist to own and improve the customer journey from ad click to purchase.
We are looking for someone who understands ecommerce conversion, customer psychology, landing page optimization, and experimentation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on and have personally planned, executed, and analyzed CRO experiments/A/B tests.
You will work with client data, customer research, offers, landing pages, and performance data to identify conversion opportunities and build strategies that drive measurable growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Audit ecommerce funnels and identify key conversion leaks and drop-off points.
Analyze the customer journey from ad → landing page → product page → checkout → purchase.
Build CRO and A/B testing roadmaps based on impact, confidence, and effort.
Develop conversion hypotheses, experiment briefs, and testing plans.
Recommend improvements to landing page structure, messaging, CTAs, offers, social proof, and user experience.
Analyze Shopify, GA4, advertising platform, heatmap, and funnel data to evaluate performance.




Conduct customer research to understand pain points, objections, motivations, and buying behavior.
Develop compelling value propositions, offer positioning, and conversion-focused messaging.
Work closely with designers and developers to implement CRO recommendations.
Analyze experiment results and translate learnings into future testing opportunities.
Communicate CRO recommendations, test rationale, and business impact directly to clients and founders.
Create reusable CRO frameworks and playbooks for different ecommerce/DTC verticals.
Maintain explicit documentation of experiments, results, insights, and learnings.

MUST HAVE SKILLS
4+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, ecommerce growth, DTC growth, landing page optimization, or performance marketing.
Proven experience owning and executing conversion experiments/A/B tests.
Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce funnels.
Experience with GA4, he
