About the Role
AppXcess Technologies is seeking an ArcGIS Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our Geospatial Solutions and Enterprise Applications team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of the Esri ArcGIS ecosystem and an interest in developing enterprise GIS applications, digital workflows, field solutions, dashboards, and Smart City platforms.
You will work with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Workflow Manager, Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards, ArcGIS Hub, Python, and ArcGIS REST APIs while collaborating with Business Analysts, GIS Specialists, Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and US-based stakeholders.
Working Hours
This is a fully remote position supporting our United States Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) operations.
Candidates must be comfortable working during US Pacific Time business hours and participating in project discussions, client meetings, development activities,



deployments, and production support during those hours.
Robust communication, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
ArcGIS Solutions Development
Develop, configure, and maintain GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online
Build GIS applications using ArcGIS Experience Builder
Develop interactive web mapping applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript
Work with ArcGIS REST APIs for application and system integrations
Publish and manage feature services, map services, and geoprocessing services
Develop reusable GIS components and custom functionality
Support internal and public-facing GIS applications
Enterprise Workflow Development
Configure business processes using ArcGIS Workflow Manager
Support approval and operational workflows for departments such as Public Works, Code Enforcement, Planning, Animal Con
