About the Role
We are hiring a dedicated Performance Marketing Manager to own ecommerce paid media for VIP Industries, India's leading luggage brand. This is a client-embedded role — the resource will sit out of VIP's Bengaluru office and work hand-in-hand with the client's category and marketing teams, while reporting into the agency's performance leadership.
The mandate is end-to-end ownership of paid media operations across marketplaces and quick commerce — from planning and execution to optimization, reporting, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and equivalent formats).
- Manage quick commerce ad campaigns on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket Now — including budget pacing, keyword/SKU strategy, and creative rotation.
- Own monthly and annual budget allocation across platforms, with clear accountability on ROAS, incrementality, and category share-of-voice.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management,



search term mining, and competitive benchmarking.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards; deliver weekly/monthly performance reviews to client and agency stakeholders.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and catalog teams for ad assets and listing optimization.
- Identify growth levers — recent ad formats, beta features, audience strategies, and platform-specific opportunities — and run structured A/B tests.
- Maintain a tight cadence with client stakeholders; act as the on-ground performance marketing point person for VIP.

Must-Haves
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce paid media for D2C / brand accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of managing annual search ad budgets of ₹50 Cr+ on ecommerce platforms.
- Deep, hands-on expertise on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads; working proficiency on Myntra ad platform.
