The Opportunity

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Solutions Team.

This role serves as a key interface between clients, sales teams, technical specialists, vendors, and delivery teams.



You'll be responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of small to medium-scale infrastructure and technology projects, ensuring agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budget objectives are achieved.

You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate resources, manage project administration activities, support billing processes, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from project initiation through to completion.

What You'll Be Working On

Depending on project requirements, your work may include:

Coordinating the delivery of small to medium-scale infrastructure and technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are achieved
Working closely with clients, technical specialists, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage project schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables
Maintaining project plans, documentation, reporting, and administration activities through ConnectWise and other project management tools
