Role Overview
The National Sales Manager – Oncology / Hemato-Oncology / CGT will lead the commercial strategy and execution for Micro CRISPR’s advanced therapy portfolio, with a primary focus on building and scaling the CAR-T therapy ecosystem across India.
This is a strategic national leadership role that goes beyond conventional pharmaceutical sales. The incumbent will be responsible for developing the national market, establishing relationships with leading oncology and transplant institutions, driving center activation, building a high-performing sales organization, and enabling adoption of complex cell and gene therapies.
The role requires a strong combination of commercial leadership, scientific orientation, institutional selling, KOL engagement, and execution capability in a high-value, patient-centric business environment.
