The role supports the Client Director in leading strategic client partnerships and delivering integrated media solutions that drive business growth and marketing effectiveness. This role oversees a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring excellence in media planning and campaign delivery, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role fosters collaboration, leads high-performing account teams, and delivers innovative, data-driven media solutions that create value for clients and Dentsu.

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Support the Client Director in developing and delivering strategic, insight-led media solutions that align with client business objectives and marketing goals.
Lead the day-to-day management of a portfolio of media accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, proactive communication, and robust relationship management.




Collaborate across Dentsu's integrated capabilities, including Media Strategy, Investment, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and CXM teams, to deliver connected and effective client solutions.
Oversee the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives and quality standards.
Drive collaboration across internal teams, external media partners, and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and operational excellence.
Review media plans, campaign performance, and delivery models to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, improved efficiencies, and enhanced commercial outcomes.
Lead and mentor Account Management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and client-centricity.
Ensure effective project governance by managing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and campaign deli
