? What you'll actually do
You'll be the face of Aasma on the ground. Your job: get in front of students and colleges, pitch our drone programs and products, and close.
Visit colleges and institutions to present and demo Aasma's products
Pitch to students, faculty, and decision-makers — and convert interest into deals
Build relationships that turn one workshop into a long-term partnership
Own your numbers: leads, follow-ups, and closures
Bring back what you learn from the field to sharpen how we sell
? Who we're looking for
Freshers welcome — and professionals with up to 3 years of experience
People who love talking to people and don't flinch at a "no"
Confident communicators in English and Hindi
Self-driven, target-hungry, and comfortable on the move
Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur
Interest in drones, tech, or education is a big plus
No sales experience? If you've got the hustle and the voice, we'll train you.

Month 1 (Training): ₹12,000/month
Months 2–6: ₹18,000/month
