RADWIN is seeking a highly versatile and strategic Pre Sale Manager to drive our rapidly growing Transportation line of business in India and the broader APAC region.
This position requires a strong dual focus on both business and technical orientations.
As the technical lead for our transportation offerings, you will present to and manage relationships with customers, partners, and other vendors. You will play a pivotal role in driving opportunities, leading technical and commercial responses to tenders, and building compelling offerings.
While primarily focused on India, this role requires the capability and willingness to travel locally and occasionally address wider strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Technical & Commercial Leadership: Serve as the primary technical lead for RADWIN's Transportation solutions during customer, partner, and vendor engagements.
· Tender Management: Take ownership of following up on opportunities by managing and answering complex tenders, RFIs, and RFPs.
· Business Development: Build competitive commercial offerings (including TCO/ROI),



generate current leads, and actively drive pipeline growth across the target regions.
· Customer Facing: Deliver high-impact technical and commercial presentations to diverse audiences, effectively bridging the gap between technical architecture and business value.
· Support & Travel: Travel extensively within India to drive local engagements, while remaining available for occasional travel outside the country to support broader global and regional activities as the commercial and technical expert on the ground.

Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Pre-Sales Manager, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Sales Engineering role, with a demonstrated ability to balance technical and commercial responsibilities.
· Solid background in the communications or telecommunications industry.
· Demonstrated ability to build commercial offerings and manage the end-to-end respons
