Position Overview:
The role will work closely with investment bankers, auditors, and advisors on DRHP preparation and listing-related activities. Also, the role will oversee financial closure quarterly and monthly.
Key Responsibilities
Support DRHP preparation and IPO execution
Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, and auditors
Manage Business Finance & MIS responsibilities
Build and automate reporting dashboards and analytical cuts for leadership review
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and annual operating plan processes
Generate actionable insights for management through financial modelling and data analysis.
Preferred Profile
CA / MBA (Finance)
5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
Prior involvement in IPO / DRHP process preferred
Solid Excel and financial modelling capabilities
High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced organisation.
