? Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of paid campaigns and help brands scale through data-driven marketing.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
Lead generation & conversion campaigns
Audience research, targeting & retargeting
Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR & conversion rates
Create and manage campaign funnels
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
A/B testing of creatives, audiences & ad copies
Coordinate with the creative/content team to improve ad performance
Develop strategies to increase leads, sales & ROI
What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Understanding of pixels,



conversion tracking & remarketing
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets
Experience with lead generation/e-commerce campaigns is a plus
