Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs for a key client account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, planning, stakeholder management, reporting, and execution across initiatives involving AWS, Data Migration, API development, and enterprise modernization programs. The individual should be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, an ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a proven track record of driving programs through structured governance and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple technology initiatives.
Develop program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead planning, tracking, and execution using Jira and Agile methodologies.
Drive governance, status reporting, executive dashboards,



and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate cross-functional teams.
Monitor program health, identify risks/issues proactively, and drive resolution.
Ensure timely delivery of key milestones while maintaining quality and business outcomes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and establish delivery best practices.
Drive team alignment, accountability, and collaboration across distributed teams.
Use metrics and data to support decisions, improve execution, and provide program visibility to leadership.

Strong experience managing programs involving:
AWS Cloud initiatives
Data Migration and Modernization
API Development and Integration Programs
Hands-on expertise in Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Program Governance frameworks.
