Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site WordPress Developer role based at Medcity International Academy’s Kochi center. The WordPress Developer will design, build, and maintain WordPress-based websites and landing pages that support the Academy’s training, marketing, and student engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing custom themes and plugins, configuring and optimizing site architecture, ensuring responsive and accessible user interfaces, and integrating third-party tools such as CRMs, learning platforms, and analytics. The role involves collaborating with marketing, academic, and operations teams to update content, improve site performance, and support campaign-specific pages. The developer will also troubleshoot technical issues, apply security best practices, perform regular backups, and contribute to continuous UX/UI improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
