Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The Caller will contact prospective and existing clients to explain Bizclar’s services related to government funding, subsidies,



and business loans, and will schedule consultations or follow-ups for the consultancy team. Daily tasks include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, answering basic queries about schemes and documentation requirements, and updating call details in internal systems or spreadsheets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth lead handling, maintaining professional communication, and meeting daily and weekly calling targets. The Caller is expected to represent the company in a courteous, informative manner while supporting overall client engagement and lead conversion efforts.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in clear, professional English and local languages as required, with active listening and polite telephone etiquette.
