The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the Company's day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, statutory compliance, and effective financial reporting. The role will oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, banking, ledger management, month-end closing, MIS reporting, GST and TDS compliance, and audit coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
Oversee bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Manage month-end closing, MIS reporting, financial statements, and periodic financial reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances, including coordination with consultants and auditors.
Review accounting transactions, invoices, supporting documents,



and financial records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Company policies.
Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow requirements, while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, customers, banks, and other stakeholders.
Strengthen financial controls and accounting processes, identify process gaps, and support management with financial insights and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably with experience in handling or managing accounting operations.
Solid hands-on experience in general accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end closing, MIS reporting, GST, and TDS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP, with a
