Role- Product Feature Engineer- PEF
Experience: 9+ Years
Location: Chennai
We are looking for an experienced PEF Engineer/Lead with solid expertise in Automotive Product Development, Program Management, Supplier Management, and Cost Optimization. The candidate will be responsible for driving product development activities, implementing VAVE initiatives, managing engineering changes, and ensuring successful product launch and quality performance.

Candidates must be from to be from OEM/Tier 1.
He should have end to end development milestone experience (Styling to SOP)
Experience In post-Production activities
Ideal candidate should have core Program management experience with excellent communication & leadership skill.
Candidate must have hands-on development experience for complete system.
Candidates from Trims/Lighting /seating/Metal domain preferred.
