Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aspiring Team Leader role based in Thane. The Aspiring Team Leader will support daily operations in real estate research, consulting, and portfolio management,



including coordinating feasibility studies, assisting with location strategies, and supporting asset and portfolio valuation activities. The role involves managing client interactions, preparing presentations and reports, tracking portfolio performance, and ensuring timely handling of documentation, utilities, tenancies, and property inspections. The Aspiring Team Leader will collaborate with senior team members to implement defined investment strategies, help with entry and exit decisions, and coordinate with external stakeholders such as developers, banks, and legal advisors.
