Job Overview
We are seeking an engineer with strong hands-on experience in ANSYS and SolidWorks, with a greater focus on CAE/simulation and engineering analysis.
The candidate will work on a variety of product-development projects and will be involved in converting concepts into 3D designs, performing engineering simulations, optimizing designs, and supporting prototype and manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Perform CAE/ANSYS simulations for mechanical, structural, fluid-flow, thermal, acoustic, and other engineering applications as required.
Set up simulations including geometry, meshing, material properties, boundary conditions, loads, solver settings, and post-processing.
Analyse and interpret simulation results and provide practical design recommendations.
Perform design optimization and comparative studies based on simulation results.
Develop and modify 3D CAD models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed 2D engineering/manufacturing drawings.
Work on sheet-metal, plastic/moulded, machined, and other mechanical components.
Support concept development,



prototyping, testing, and design improvements.
Use SolidWorks PDM for CAD data and revision management.
Work closely with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and other engineering teams.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for simulation and engineering activities.
Learn and apply new simulation methods and engineering tools for different product-development requirements.

Required Skills
2–5 years of practical experience in ANSYS/CAE and mechanical engineering.
Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals such as mechanics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics.
Hands-on experience with relevant ANSYS tools such as ANSYS Workbench, Fluent, Mechanical, Meshing, or equivalent.
Valuable working knowledge of SolidWorks 3D modelling, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
Ability to independently set up, run, troubleshoot, and interpret simulations.
