Job Title: Marketing Intern
Location: Bangalore - HSR Layout (Hybrid)
Experience: 0 – 6 Months of internship experience; can be converted to full time based on performance during the internship.
Stipend: ₹20,000 /- per month.

We have 3 centers in Bangalore (HSR, Whitefield, and Indiranagar), currently doing 4000 sessions monthly. We're expanding Stance Health across Bangalore (through more centers) and have an immediate ambition to become the largest and best-quality high-performance center brand in the city.

Key Responsibilities:
• Growth Marketing:



Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for our D2C channel to enhance brand visibility, demand generation, and revenue growth.
• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, focusing on social media growth and customer acquisition through innovative approaches.
• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Build and maintain relationships with creators and influencers to strengthen brand image and generate quality leads.
• Performance Marketing: Manage digital advertising campaigns to drive app installations and user sign-ups.
• Brand Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with brands and influencers to create revenue-generating collaborations.
• Content & Social Media: Develop engaging content strategies and manage social media platforms to grow audience engagement.
• Product & App Optimization: Collaborate with product teams to test and improve app features for a better user experience.
