Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for Sales Executive at insurancepe (Topspot Insurance Broking) in Hyderabad. As a member of our Sales Team you will be responsible for:
Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (individual and corporate) across life, health, motor, and general insurance lines.
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital channels, and market research.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive retention, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Understand client risk profiles and coverage needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions in coordination with the underwriting/advisory team.
Serve as a point of contact for clients during the pre-sales cycle, ensuring a smooth handover to servicing/operations post-conversion.
Stay updated on insurance products,



market trends, insurer offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position insurancepe's solutions.
Represent insurancepe at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums to build the company's market presence.
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM/tracking system.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, compliance) to ensure timely policy issuance and client servicing.
· Support all regulatory reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Finance or similar field
2+ years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Proficiency in MS Off
