999Scala is building a premium scenting brand for homes, hospitality, retail, offices and commercial spaces across India.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can help grow 999Scala through direct B2B business development while also building and managing our 999Scala Scenting Partner network.
This is a hands-on business development role for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, starting conversations, developing relationships and converting prospects into long-term clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new B2B business opportunities for 999Scala
Identify and approach hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, retail stores, showrooms and other commercial spaces
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality consultants, facility teams, business owners and other relevant decision-makers
Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, field visits and other relevant channels
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable 999Scala diffusers and scenting solutions
Conduct product presentations and coordinate samples, proposals and commercial discussions
Manage opportunities from first contact through follow-up, negotiation and closure
Build and maintain an organised sales pipeline
Follow up on inbound B2B enquiries and convert qualified opportunities
Identify new industries, cities and market opportunities for 999Scala
999Scala Scenting Partner Program
A key part of this role will be developing and managing our Scenting Partner network.
You will:
Identify potential Scenting Partners across relevant industries and cities
Approach and recruit suitable individuals and businesses
Explain the 999Scala Scenting Partner Program and its business opportunity
Onboard current Scenting Partners
Build ongoing relationships with existing partners
Help partners understand our products, positioning and ideal customer profiles
Support partners
