AMYRA is a premium/luxury lifestyle brand for India and the world. Currently our product portfolio consists of fabric/textile based bags & purses for women, as an alternate to leather/faux leather bags. We intend to add more relevant categories. Since inception, we have sold 100,000+ luxurious products so far & maintained avg review of 4.85/5 (of >11K reviews). Our products are used across luxury weddings, influencers & celebs across India and abroad.

Given this incredibly significant role, we are looking for someone who will take complete ownership of:
Managing pre-sales conversations over email/whatsapp/call with clients and helping with orders
Managing post-sale conversations with clients to resolve any issues that they may have
Attending to clients walking into our store and assisting in sales
Candidates with prior experience working in a luxury fashion workplace will be preferred

Timings:
Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays working
Time: 10AM-7PM
This is not a work from home role
