Role Description The Sr Travel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving sales of domestic and international tour packages. This role involves consulting with prospective and existing travelers, understanding their preferences and budgets, and recommending tailored itineraries that match their needs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing quotations,



negotiating and closing sales, coordinating bookings with internal operations, and ensuring smooth pre- and post-travel support. The Sr Travel Sales Executive will maintain relationships with key customers, follow up on leads from multiple channels, and contribute to sales strategies to meet revenue and conversion targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, providing feedback on customer trends, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine offerings.
Qualifications
Strong travel sales and customer relationship skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and client retention.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, tour packages, and varied travel types (leisure, adventure, cultural, wildlife).
