Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Uboard's website.
2. Handle Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, including orders, inventory, pricing, and listings.
3. Manage product listings, content, images, pricing, and product information.
4. Drive online sales through offers, promotions, and better product visibility.
5. Track sales, inventory, returns, ratings, and product performance.
6. Analyze marketplace data to improve sales and product conversion.
7. Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, finance, and customer support teams.
8. Monitor competitors and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
9. Prepare regular sales and marketplace performance reports.
10. Resolve marketplace issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Revenue Management

Candidate requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, e-commerce, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of hands-on e-commerce/marketplace experience.
3. Robust practical experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central is mandatory.
4. Experience managing product catalogs, inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and marketplace performance.
5. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
6. Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and take ownership of business targets.

Experience:

1. Experience managing high-SKU or multi-category catalogs.
2. Knowledge of Amazon advertising, promotions, and marketplace growth tools.
3. Experience with Shopify or other D2C platforms.
4. Experience working with marketplace account managers or platform support teams.

Salary:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,36,000 - 4,80,000 /year
