Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the publishing and book marketing ecosystem, including prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach, and following up on leads. The associate will perform market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings,



and client needs, and will prepare and deliver presentations to showcase HubHawks’ services. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, supporting campaign proposals, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth. The role requires regular interaction with authors, publishers, and partners, as well as accurate reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
