GET2CASH – We Buy Gold is a fast-growing gold buying company based in Delhi, focused on providing customers with a transparent, professional and convenient way to sell their gold.

The company is in a rapid expansion phase, with current branches being opened regularly across Delhi. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant / Accounts Executive who can independently manage and monitor accounting activities across all branches.

Job Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, branch-wise financial records, gold buying data, cash reconciliation, payroll and management reporting for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain daily accounting records for all company branches.

Collect and verify daily gold buying data from every branch.

Update and maintain branch-wise buying records and purchase data on a daily basis.

Consolidate the buying lists of all branches and maintain accurate master records.

Prepare and maintain branch-wise Excel sheets for daily transactions, buying,



expenses and other financial activities.

Prepare daily branch-wise Cash Book Reports and reconcile opening cash, transactions and closing cash.

Verify branch cash balances and identify any mismatch or discrepancy in daily accounts.

Maintain regular communication with Branch Managers regarding daily buying, cash, expenses and accounting-related matters.

Follow up with Branch Managers for missing entries, documents, bills or transaction details.

Cross-check branch data to ensure that daily transactions are properly recorded and reported.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.

Prepare branch-wise performance reports using Excel, charts and graphs.

Analyse branch-wise buying, transaction volume, expenses and other relevant financial data.

Prepare monthly closing reports and branch-wise summary files.

Prepare and manage monthly salary sheets/payroll for employees
