Role Description The Agency Manager role at Care Insurance is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.



The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance agents, monitoring their performance, and ensuring achievement of sales and growth targets. This role involves developing and executing agency sales strategies, supporting agents in client acquisition and policy servicing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive retention and cross-selling. The Agency Manager will also coordinate with internal teams for product updates, compliance, and operational support, while regularly analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include field visits, review meetings with agents, and reporting on sales performance and forecasts to senior leadership.
