About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and scaling up-to-date web applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting robust full-stack solutions, mentoring development teams, and driving technical excellence across projects.
This role requires deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with strong system design knowledge, cloud exposure, and experience building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
Architect high-performance and secure backend systems and APIs.
Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components using React.js.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Optimize application performance, scalability,



and reliability.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Manage database design, indexing, query optimization, and caching strategies.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment environments.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
Strong expertise in:
MongoDB
React.js
Node.js
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture and state management.
Experience with Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar state management libraries.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of database design and optimization.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
